These terms apply to search engine optimisation (SEO) services provided by NK Digital Solutions, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (principally Google) and change frequently. While we apply established best practice and work diligently to improve your visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or timeframes, and no reputable SEO provider can.
SEO is a long-term strategy. Meaningful, sustainable improvement typically takes several months to materialise and continues to build over time. We’ll be upfront about realistic expectations at the outset of any engagement.
Effective SEO often requires access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and analytics accounts, and timely approval of recommended content or technical changes. Delays on your side may affect results and timelines.
You’ll receive regular reporting (typically monthly) covering the work carried out and the metrics we’re tracking, in plain English.
SEO engagements typically run on a minimum initial term (set out in your proposal) followed by a rolling monthly arrangement, reflecting the time needed for work to take effect. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
We are not responsible for ranking or traffic changes caused by search engine algorithm updates, manual actions relating to activity outside our control, or changes made to your website by other parties without our knowledge.
