These terms apply to website design and development projects undertaken by NK Digital Solutions, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. They form part of the agreement between us and the client named on the relevant quote or proposal.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is payable before work begins, with the balance due on completion or as set out in your proposal.
Your quote is based on the scope agreed at the outset. Requests that fall outside that scope (additional pages, features, or significant design changes after sign-off) may incur additional charges, which we’ll agree with you before proceeding.
You’re responsible for supplying content (text, images, logos) in good time, and for holding the necessary rights to use any material you provide. Delays in supplying content or feedback may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Our standard process includes an agreed number of design revision rounds (set out in your proposal). You’ll be asked to formally approve designs before development begins, and the final site before launch.
Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the bespoke design and code created for you transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins, frameworks) which remain subject to their own licences.
Unless agreed otherwise, hosting and domain registration are separate services. If we arrange these on your behalf, they’re subject to our Hosting Terms.
We’ll fix any genuine defects in our work (things that don’t work as agreed) free of charge for 30 days after launch. This doesn’t cover changes of mind, new features, or issues caused by third-party plugin/platform updates.
If a project is cancelled part-way through, you’ll be charged for work completed up to that point, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the total project fee.
