How long does a website take to build?
A simple brochure website typically takes 3–4 weeks from sign-off to launch. A larger WordPress site or eCommerce store usually takes 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your quote.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes — all our WordPress sites come with a full CMS and plain-English training so you can update content, add pages and manage your site without any technical knowledge.
Do you handle hosting too?
We offer managed hosting as part of our maintenance plans, including updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and priority support. If you already have hosting you're happy with, we can deploy to that instead.
Which platform will you use for my website?
It depends on the brief. WordPress and WooCommerce cover most projects, but we'll always recommend the platform that fits your goals and budget, not the one that's easiest for us.
Do you work with businesses outside Lancashire?
Yes. We're based in Nelson but work with clients across the whole of the UK, managing projects remotely with video calls, shared documents and project management tools.
