NK Digital Solutions uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools responsibly as part of how we work. This policy explains how and why.

How we use AI

Drafting assistance: AI tools may help draft or refine initial versions of written content, code, or design concepts, which are then reviewed, edited and approved by a member of our team before use.
Research and efficiency: AI may be used to speed up research, summarise information, or handle repetitive technical tasks.
Client-facing tools: where a project includes an AI-powered feature (such as a chatbot), this will be agreed with you explicitly as part of the project scope.

Human oversight

AI is a tool we use to support our work, not a replacement for it. A qualified member of our team reviews and takes responsibility for any AI-assisted output before it’s delivered to you or published. We do not use AI to make autonomous decisions about your project, budget, or strategy without human review.

Data privacy

Where we use third-party AI tools, we take reasonable steps to avoid submitting sensitive personal data or confidential client information beyond what’s necessary for the task. Please let us know if any part of your project involves data that should never be processed by third-party AI tools, and we’ll agree an alternative approach.

Accuracy

AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate or need correction. We fact-check and review AI-assisted work as part of our normal quality process, but please flag anything that looks off — we’d rather catch it together.
