Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using services provided by NK Digital Solutions, including hosting, email, and any other service where we provide infrastructure on your behalf.

Prohibited uses

You must not use our services to:

• Host, transmit, or link to illegal content of any kind.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
• Engage in any activity that places excessive, abnormal load on shared infrastructure, or otherwise disrupts service for other users.
• Harass, defame, or threaten any person or organisation.

Consequences of breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, without notice in serious cases, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Where practical, we’ll try to contact you first to resolve the issue.

If you believe a website or service we host is being used inappropriately, please contact hello@nkds.co.uk with full details, and we’ll investigate promptly.
