This policy explains how cancellations are handled across our services.
You may cancel a project at any point by notifying us in writing. You’ll be charged for work completed and costs already incurred up to the point of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the agreed project fee.
Rolling services can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, unless a different notice period is set out in your specific agreement (for example, SEO engagements may have a minimum initial term — see our SEO Terms). You remain liable for fees due during the notice period.
Cancelling our services does not automatically cancel domain registrations, third-party software licences, or other subscriptions taken out on your behalf — these are managed separately and it’s your responsibility to cancel or transfer them.
